Confirmation
Your reservation is binding as soon as you have received confirmation on your booking from us, and whenever applicable, have stated your creditcard number, or have paid. Conditions for cancellation will appear on your booking and in here, under the headline "Cancellation".
Personal information
You agree to the hotel using your personal information for offers and marketing to you.
Control of identity
As Zzz Dreamscape Hotel is an unmanned property we are required to verify your identity prior to arrival. By completing your booking you accept an automated verification process, which may include scanning a valid ID document or passport and taking a photo of you during the online check-in.
This information will be stored during your stay and, in accordance with Schengen regulations and the hotel's internal security procedures, may be retained for an extended period thereafter. During your stay, you may also be asked to present valid identification to hotel staff or security personnel if required.
GDPR
According to legislation in force you are entitled to ask us to erase your personal data as long as we do not need it according to legal requirements. In that case contact us at gdpr@zzzdreamscapehotel.se
Arrival and departure
Your room will be available from 15:00 CET on the day of arrival until 12:00 noon on the day of departure, unless otherwise stated in your booking confirmation.
Online check-in must be completed no later than the day before arrival. Access to the hotel and your room is provided via a digital key, which will be delivered to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet after successful completion of the online check-in.
Please note that without completing the online check-in, access to the hotel cannot be granted.
To checkout — you don't need to do anything, just leave.
Late arrival
You need to check in before 24:00 CET.
Cancellation
We accept cancellations up until 18:00 CET two days before arrival at the latest. Certain cost can be connected to your cancellation and may appear on your booking confirmation. For certain contract customers, other booking-rules may apply which do not appear on the booking confirmation and will appear on the agreement between the parties.
Departure before confirmed time of departure
Inform the hotel well in advance if you plan to depart earlier. Depending on type of booking this can cause costs. In such cases they appear on your booking confirmation. Premature departures notified earlier than noon on the day of departure will always be charged the minimum cost for one room-night.
Extension of stay
Inform the hotel in good time if you wish to extend your stay. If a room is available, the hotel will meet your request. Other prices than those for prior room-nights may occur.
Obligations of the hotel
If the hotel due to an event within the hotel's control cannot offer you the room agreed upon, you have the right to, free of charge, get a room of equal or better value within the hotel or in another hotel with equivalent standard. In case of you breaking the hotel's rules or safety the hotel will not offer any compensation or another hotel.
Smoking
The entire hotel is 100 % smokefree. Should violation of the smoking prohibition occur, the hotel will charge the customer the cost for cleaning etc. at a minimum cost of 5000 SEK for each violation.
The hotel's right to dismiss customer
Guest, who before checking in or during the stay, exposes his own or other guests' security, health, wellbeing or safety to danger, or commits other violations may at the hotel's option be forced to leave. No compensation from the hotel will be paid in such cases.
Age
To stay at Zzz Dreamscape you have to be at least 18 years old or stay together with a guardian.
Booking fee and advanced payment
The hotel is entitled to ask for advance payment or booking fee. Such amount will be deducted from your final payment. If you cancel, regardless of possible time limit rules, the hotel has the right to keep the booking fee/prepayment.
Payment
The hotel's main rule is that we charge your stay according to your reservation at the time of booking.
Payment ratification
The hotel will inform you when charge has been made on your creditcard. A receipt for the cost of the hotel stay will be sent via e-mail in relation to departure.
Accepted means of payment
The hotel accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners. The hotel is cashfree, meaning that we do not accept cash payment for any goods or services in the hotel.
Registration of foreign hotel guests
According to the Swedish Aliens Ordinance, the managers of hotels are obliged to make sure that foreigners provide information about themselves on personally signed registration forms. The National Police Board may issue regulations on what information shall be provided. The foreigner shall confirm his or her identity by producing a valid identity document.
These rules are based on the Schengen agreement within the EU.

As a temporary resident with us, you must not register here.
Post and packages
For security reasons the hotel cannot receive post or packages which are sent to you.
Complaints — Visita's disciplinary board
All hotels are required to reimburse the guest for damage that is a result of neglect by the hotel. You, the customer, are also responsible for any damage that you or your guests may cause within the hotel. When handling a conflict between hotels and customers, there is an important difference between those hotels that are members of Visita and other hotels. Visita has a Disciplinary Board, which the Visita member companies have agreed to follow. The composition of the Disciplinary Board guarantees a qualified and objective investigation of the conflict. This is why the Visita Disciplinary Board offers an extra assurance for you who choose to stay at a hotel that is a member of Visita. You will find the contact information for the Disciplinary Board (Ansvarsnämnden) on the Visita website, visita.se.

All communication concerning these conditions between you and the hotel will be done via e-mail.
